Jami began as a founding member of the corn maize team building initiative at Kersey Valley and has worked with the team since 2001. Jami earned his MA in Communications with a focus in Organizational Development from UNC-Greensboro and continues to serve as an evening faculty member at UNC-Greensboro. Jami has held a number of OD positions in the Triad ranging from Corporate to Not for Profit organizations. In addition, Jami holds a number of certifications in the field including being a certified coach.
